How Long – Minimum 1 year
Successful candidates will receive two weeks on the job training, learning how to respond to incoming IT support queries and information gathering for the first line support to action.
Training is given in the use of our bespoke management systems, telephone manner and conduct. Technical training is delivered over time alongside a nationally recognised qualification. You will be working with established First and Second Line Support Engineers and aiming for excellent timely outcomes for callers.
A strong desire to succeed, enthusiasm, attention to detail and a strong work ethic or essential.
Qualifications – Candidates with grades A*-C in Maths and English or equivalent
Progression to a full time role is available for the right candidate
